I'm a vegetarian. Not a joke. Gave up meat and other non-veg stuff when i was in about my 3rd class. Haven't tasted it ever since. I believe in animal rights and my heart aches when I see animals being slaughtered in front of each other. After coming to Australia it was difficult to stay a vegetarian. Every place you goto serves meat and meat alone. Everything here has meat in it. Everything. Almost! Thus i tried eating meat once, the moment my teeth clenched on it, it felt as if the piece of meat in my mouth was pouring blood into my mouth. I couldn't do it! Cutting the long story short ....

Not going into how & what veg. people feel about it. They are right in their own way. But 3rd class was quite early in life to make such a decision. What made you do that? some incident ?
How do you manage in Aus then? Do you cook your own food ? I can understand how difficult it is to survive abroad.

ReplyDeleteGlad there are more n more ppl turnin veggie! But I dnt really mind people eating non-veg in front of me. Im ok with that and respect there freedom to make there own choices. To me it is more about me not eating and I dont see meat eaterrs as some evil hooded figures! Man is supposed to be a carnivore, the canine teeth are for that. However all that still cant make me eat meat!

About the 3rd class thingie, well im not really sure, but my parents tell me that I just gave it up one fine sunny morning. special kids start at special ages. Dont they? Lolz
Yeah I cook most of the time, and it is anywayz too costly to always eat out over here. Moreover when you eat out, it doesnt always taste good, they dont use spices etc, and I prefer my food loaded with chilies etc! So have to cooka t home more than often!

Ya ya i Indeed ustnd (the non vegs) n give thm their space..coz my best friend is an non veg..so no problm if thy eat in front of me..Ive probs wid those ppl n mean to kick out those who seem to look as if they hve never ever eaten meat...tht site makes me mad..thtz it..no othr offences..:P n byfar 4 canni teeth teehee....i wud rather use it to break a hard paratha hahahaha..:d.

I meant that i do not mind pple sittin in front of me hvng non veg stuffs..bt hate those who just show off dikha dikha khaenge as if thy nevr tasted or eaten meat befor :P..
